WEATHER
The weather in 2005 was perfect; no wind, no rain, no cold, no heat, no bright sunshine, no fog. 2007 wasn't too bad. Contrast this to 2004 when it was wet and windy and cold. Late March and April are changeable months when the sun is higher in the sky but the air mass over the UK is still wet and cold. This results in showery weather and often cold windy spells; however it is just as likely to be warm and dry.
Although a few weeks later than last year, you should still be prepared in 2008 for any wintry weather. Remember, hypothermia kills.
